I have wagered on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this method or beat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that blackjack seems to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you're not you are NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don't win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a few years back with $750 after 20 mins using this technique! And a number of days ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the first forty dollar wager

Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Bet $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first $80 bet

Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet

If you departed at this moment you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!

It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
