I have gambled on countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the house.

I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won't get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that blackjack appears to be a match of streaks. When you're hot your hot, and when you are not you're NOT!

I play basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don't win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don't win I lower the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this technique! And a number of weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You need to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the runs you see wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.

Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet

Wager $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet

Wager $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet

Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of $40

Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager

Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160

Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first one hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
